Ecosystem	Name given to organisms in a particular area that depend on each other to survive.
Interdependence	The way in which living organisms depend on each other to survive.
Bioaccumulation	The build up of toxic materials inside organisms in a food chain.
Food Chain	A diagram showing the energy transfer between organisms.
Food Web	A diagram showing linked food chains.
Producer	An organism that produces food using energy from the sun.
Consumer	An organism that needs to eat other organisms to obtain glucose for respiration.
Predator	An organism that only eats other animals.
Prey	An animal that is eaten by other animals.
