Question | Answer |
Ontological | concerned with being or existence. The Ontological argument is concerned with the being or nature of God. |
A Priori Argument | An argument made by reasoning not experience. |
Contingent | something which is not necessary but depends on something else for its existence. |
Predicate | A quality or property of something. |
Analytic | A statement that is true in itself, it does not make sense to ask if it is true. |
Synthetic | describes a statement that has to be tested by sense experience to see if it is true or false. |
