how does the Rain-Forest connect to the nutrient cycle? Forests produce leaf litter, this makes soil more fertile for crops. Trees also prevent nutrients in soil being washed away.
What are the global factors that effect world Biomes? Latitude influences Biomes by altering the temperature and precipitation. How further you are away from the Equator the colder it is. It also effects the amount of sunlight received.
What are the local factors that effect the world Biomes? Altitude. How far you are from the sea. Air masses - increased amount of precipitation the closer you are to the sea.
