Maria Theresa of Austria After getting the throne she realized that Austria was weak, so she began a seires of reforms; limited the church, revised the tax syst., reduced the power of the lord, & also improved the educational syst.
Joseph II of Autria Furthered his mom´s reforms (M.Theresa). He put an end to serfdom and capital punishment. Religious tolerance to Calvinists, Lutherans and Jews. Established Hospt.
