Allows organisation to keep record of yur purchases, allows delivery to be tracked, contains source of infomation about custormers shopping habits and preferences. It is used to create a more personilised experience, for advertisment agencies to produce personilised adverts, to track delivery of goods. |
Internet advertising | Used so organisations can get stats, cheaper than traditional TV adverts, can reach a wide range of custormers, reachers custormers faster than TV adverts.
