Describe the water cycle | the water from rivers, oceans or creeks, evaporates and forms into a gas. The water than is carried through to wind which is called condensation and forms into a cloud. The cloud is than transformed back into a liquid and falls as rain. This is called precipitation. As the water than flows down the mountain or from were it fell some goes into the ground and flows bak to the rivers or some goes into the plants which is called transpiration. |
