It is a wrap of pre-Hispanic origin, with river fish (catfish, bocachico, cachama, pintadillo) in bijao, banana, palm or shiguango leaves tied with a natural fiber and cooked over charcoal embers. 2. Skewer of legs veryo or white cacao: it grows wild in the Amazon and is a typical food of Napo. Their seeds are roasted on a bamboo stick and served with chicha de yuca or chonta. In addition, the national Amazonian cocoa is recognized for being unique in the world. 3.Chicha de chontaduro and yucca: it is a fermented drink made from the fruits of the chonta known as chontaduros. It is a chicha that many times replaces the also common, chicha de yuca. | |
