OCD - radiolucent defect of the subchondral bone at the caudal aspect of the humeral head, which lacks is normal smooth and rounded shape in the mediolateral view
OA - Mild periarticular new bone formation can be seen on the humeral head and caudal aspect of the glenoid cavity
OCD - Note the lesion on the humeral head. A thin, mineralized flap (arrows) is associated with the concave defect
