Question | Answer |
Extreme Longshot | Usually contains a large amount of landscape and is usually shown at the beginning of a scene or film. |
Long shot | Contains landscape but gives the viewer a more specific view of the setting and where the action will take place. |
Full shot | Contains a full view of characters and their costumes. |
Mid-Shot | Contains the character or characters from the waist up. |
Close-Up | Contains just one characters face. Enables the viewer to understand the characters emotions. |
Extreme Close-Up | Contains one part of a characters face or other object. |
Bird's Eye Angle | Looks directly down upon a scene, includes an extreme long shot. |
High Angle | Looks down upon a character or object. |
Low Angle | Looks up at a character; makes the character look powerful. |
