Supreme Court ruled 7-2 against Plessy.

The KKK performed: Violence against African Americans, wanted white in power, went out at midnight, burned A.A. homes-schools-churches, and killed African Americans and anyone associated. They were formed in 1866 Laws were passed to try and stop them, but no one would testify. Dressed in all white costumes concealing their faces.
