it all starts as the user as one of the main feature and is you the person using the device they often have a username or sometimes use they name there are people that are power users and they can use advance features. booting the computer Booting is a startup sequence that starts the operating system of a computer when it is turned on. A boot sequence is the initial set of operations that it uses.
provides the management it has security and integer to the operating system and to help the user work on what they need to work on without logging on as power user so they can do work but cant access the folder that the bosses. perform basic computer tasks once you start you can create shortcuts then you can start installing programs and backing up data. make separate folders for emails and more stuff you choose to put in folders. save your folders and favroutes and bookmarks.
handles system resources is for assigning and managing and resolving persistent identifies for digital objects and other resources. what would happen if a computer did not have an operating system? it would not work and you cant really do anything with it
