Union - means everything in the sets. Used to combine sets.
Intersect - the elements in BOTH sets.
A’ Complement of A - everything in the universe outside of set A.
U Universal set - what the sets are made up of. The universal set is represented by a large rectangle in a Venn diagram.
An element - one of the "things" in the set.
Subset - A set inside another set.
Not an element.
