What is a "Heka" and which did it mean? | A heka means 'the ruler'. It is a shepherd's crook. The heka is held in one hand and it symbolises magic and the pharaohs guardianship os his people. |
What is a "Nekhata"? | A Nekhata is a whip which is held in the other hand. It symbolizes the absolute power of his subjects. |
What is the shemset? | It is an Apron, which has a bull's tail hanging from the back.. It represents the Pharaohs Strength. |
How many types of crowns could the pharaoh wear? | Three. |
What did the 'Pschent' crown represent? | It showed that the pharaoh ruled over Upper and Lower Egypt. |
