What is programme management? (part 2) Directed by the overall programme objectives. Focused on achievement of strategic objectives. A team containing specialists drawn from the business, i.e. HR team (large projects only).
How are programmes linked to strategic change? Individual projects must be linked to ensure consistency and collective management. Driven by vision set by senior management Flexible and evolutionary as outcomes uncertain and objectives change. Programme deliverables are strategic. Benefits focused.
