This requires practice and should have the purpose of information gathering, information check, seeking facts or details, explain feelings, thinking in a different way or seeing a new approach.	Questioning Skills
Resisting the urge to over discuss the situation. (planning in advance, stating observations and using open ended questions should help reduce this possibility)	Avoid Over Talking

This is a time of learning and assimilation to the cultural of the organization. Setting behavioral and leadership expectations will reduce the likelihood for needing coaching at a later date.	New Employee Coaching
