Why did some big businesses support the Nazis? The Nazis promised strong leadership and protection from the Communists
Why did Farmers support the Nazis? The Nazis promised to protect farmers from the Communists
Why did the middleclass support the Nazis? They were hit hard by the depression and felt moderate parties let them down.
Why did the Farmers and Big businesses not like Communists? Because they threatened to take away all the land and distribute it evenly
Give four reasons why the Depression was important in building support for the Nazis. 1) Unemployment hit people hard 2) People lost faith in moderate politicians 3) People turned to extreme parties 4) Anyone with something to loose hated Communism and so wanted to help fight it
