What is a Bye-Law? | A Bye-Law are laws that re made by local goverments and only apply to local areas. They are usually non indictable. |
What is a parliamentary law? | This is a law made in parliament, made by the house of lords and the house of commons. These can often be both indictable and non indictable. |
What do indictable and non-indictable mean? | A crime that can be punished with more serious sentances such as imprisonment. |
What are capital and corporal punishment? | Capital- the death penalty Corpral- Harming someone for the crime but not killing them |
