What is chain isomerism? - ways of arranging the same formula in different places on a chain - changing the placement on a chain
What is functional group isomerism? Changing the functional group e.g. ketone or aldehyde. Alcohol or ester.
What is positional isomerism? Groups are moved about e.g 2-methyl propane could be 3-methyl propane.
