| written communication. | used for both internal and external communication. very low in cost and free once set up. no email system can be guaranteed 100% secured. internal- used in the form of memos, quick and easy. other forms of written communication includes financial documents, reports, letters and advertisements. |
| graphical communication. | in the form of production drawings, images, graphs or charts. the purpose of it is to make a complex message more easily understood. |
