DISCRIMINATORY LANGUAGE | Discriminatory language creates or reinforces stereotypes, e.g. derogatory labels used to describe members of minority group. |
DIVERSITY | Having differences and variation, celebrating peoples differences. |
EMPOWERMENT | Increasing the strength/self belief of individuals and communities. |
EQUALITY | Being treated fairly and impartially. |
