HOW BEES MAKE HONEY
They store the honey they get in their honey stomach, different from their food stomach.
They collect Nectar from the blossom by sucking it out with their tongues.
Once their honey stomach is full, they pass it to other bees to chew it for about half an hour.
Until it gradually turns into honey, they mix it with the enzymes in their mouth, while collecting nectar
Then the bees store it in honey comb cells which is made of wax like tiny jars.
The honey is a little wet, so they fan it with their wings making it more sticky.
When ready, they seal the cell with a wax lid to keep it clean.
