The goodwill is defined as any future economic benefits that are not separable from the company.
In general, in an organization the goodwill is represented by the technical scientific knowledge that contains all the patents and licenses owned by the company and the managerial expertise represented by the techniques applied to employees.
To have a solid goodwill in a company it is a key element of a business because it determinate the customers to use some services or products and provide the ability to generate a profit higher than normally expected
The technical-scientific expertise: refers to the knowledge of manufacture or innovations that increase the quality of work.
The assets that every company must detain are the patents, licenses and brands – those are official documents granted by a state, which gives the quality to a person to have certain special rights.
