Use the present simple for:
The pronouns
He - She - It
Here we add "s" or "es" at the end of each verb, according to its termination
For example
Habitual Actions
Sara swims in the pool every weekends
He plays soccer in the stadium
Facts
The statue of liberty is in New York
The sky is blue
General or permanent situations
She lives in francia
Robert studies spanish in the school
I - you - we - they
Here the verbs don't change
For example
I work in the office
you eat the breakfast
We dance in the party
Use the present continuous for:
Something that is happening now or close to the time of speaking
A temporary situation
Here we use all pronouns and in the verbs add the termination "ING"
For example
I am studing english at the university
You are doing the homework
He is cooking a chesse cake
She is walking with her dog in the park
The cat is hindering in the bedroom
You are eating pizza in the restaurant
We are watching tv in the living room
