It is done before creating the plan,
developing or implementing to save
courses, effort and time.
Learners analysis: Explore learners
previous knowledge, to know learners
needs and problems. Use surveys,
pretests, interviews or
pre-assessments.
Instructional Goals: Identify specifi
goals, What do we want leaners
learn?
Instructional analysis: To write
important steps to achieve the
goals.
Learning Objectives: They defined
what the learners are going to be
able to do when the instruction
finishes., Accordingly to skills,
behaviour and knowledge.
DESIGN
This phase is the application of the
instruction. In fact to think how design
instructions can really be effective to
falicitate audiende learning and
interact with the provided materials.
Creating Instructional activities: it is the combination of
different methods to help the learner to understand the
topic, we can say it's the collection of,: lectures,
discussions, readings, and activities. Motivate learners so
they can recognize the importance of the topic, stablish
clear objectives, bae concise and simple, let learners
participate and give feedback.
Select a course format: This is the medium
by which the course content is presented to
the learners. It can be lecture in the
classroom, online , self-based workbook, etc.
Assessment's design: For this you have to use the
data already collected in the previous stage.. This
has to be strongly rtealated with the content. Be
sure it is clear,, to use correct puntuation and
grammar; to avoid misunderstanding.
EVALUATION
In order to make sure the goals
have been reached using the
instructional desing and materials
to meet the learners needs.
Summativie evaluation: This helps us to gete aware of the real
value of our instructional desing, in this step we can evaluate the
learners' ending results and the effectiveness of all the
components of the design after the students complete the
course.
Formative
Evaluation
Small evaluation group: In this stage are evaluating the
effectivenes and achievement of the changes made in the
pevious stage, as weel as the as the assessment of the
activities to be lucid, effective and practicable.
One to one formative evaluation: It is to evaluate
each material used in the course to check it's
effectiveness and to identify athe strengh and
weakness and then improve it.
Formative evaluation on trial in field: This is real time
for practice, it means propose real environment; this
stage needs to be clear, effective and practicable.
DEVELOPMENT
In this phase technology and educational settings and
processes are integrated, in order that designers start
developing and creating good quality factual for the
instruction design.. At his point you can have a backup
plan in case the technology you choose doens't work. .
Create factual sample: It is to create material
of your own to show your work. to be sure
you're in the correct way, also allows you to
get feedback and helps to identify well done
job and things to be revised.
Develop the course's material: In this step, you have
to pay attention to the advice and suggestions from
others, also can give your material for revision and
be aware of the weakness besides any comment,
criticism or suggestions.
Conduct a run throught: This means that you are
going to make a reherarsal wiht your own material
giving to a friend who is going to pretend to be the
learner, At this point you can prepare an assessment
for feedback and improve your material.
IMPLEMENTATION
Prepare the learners: it means to be sure they have the
tools and knowledge to participate and contribute to the
course. Be sure they already know about have all the
information about the course: Prerequisites, orientation
and software they are using in the class..
Organize the learning environment: this is more
than verify chairs and tables. It is to coordinate
the learner's space, about having software and
hardware ready to deliver the course avoiding
issues. the instructor prepares, handouts and
extra materials they will use in class. So the
instructor can focus only in delivering the
content and on students experiences.
In this phase plan goes into action.
Training the instructors: When the instructor is not
the person who develops the course it's necessary to
get familiar with the objectives, materials,
multi-media, assessment and activities so he can
undersatnad and be confortable with it.
