                                1. In this phase technology and educational settings and processes are integrated, in order that designers start developing and creating good quality factual for the instruction design.. At his point you can have a backup plan in case the technology you choose doens't work. .
                                  1. Create factual sample: It is to create material of your own to show your work. to be sure you're in the correct way, also allows you to get feedback and helps to identify well done job and things to be revised.
                                    1. Develop the course's material: In this step, you have to pay attention to the advice and suggestions from others, also can give your material for revision and be aware of the weakness besides any comment, criticism or suggestions.
                                      1. Conduct a run throught: This means that you are going to make a reherarsal wiht your own material giving to a friend who is going to pretend to be the learner, At this point you can prepare an assessment for feedback and improve your material.
                                      2. IMPLEMENTATION
                                        1. Prepare the learners: it means to be sure they have the tools and knowledge to participate and contribute to the course. 1. Organize the learning environment: this is more than verify chairs and tables. It is to coordinate the learner's space, about having software and hardware ready to deliver the course avoiding issues. the instructor prepares, handouts and extra materials they will use in class. So the instructor can focus only in delivering the content and on students experiences.
                                            1. In this phase plan goes into action.
                                              1. Training the instructors: When the instructor is not the person who develops the course it's necessary to get familiar with the objectives, materials, multi-media, assessment and activities so he can undersatnad and be confortable with it.
