of the State role in all educational subsystems
7. An instrument for scientific , humanistic knowledge and technology
at the service of society. A public service based on respect for all
currents thought , in order to develop the creative potential of every
human being and the full exercise of their personality.
8. The State with the participation of the family and society ,
promotes the process of civic education , according with the
principles contained in this Constitution and the Law.
