  1. What is it
    1. The Causative form is used to say that we have arranged for someone to do something for us, or that we'll do it for ourselves.
      1. Types of Causative
        1. There are 2 types of Causative: Active and Passive. Active is used for when you ask someone to do something, while passive is when you do something, and this alters the structure of the phrase
      2. how do we use it
        1. It depends on the form we're using, if it's active, we build the phrase like this: Subject + Causative verb + person/object + verb + object but if it's passive, is like this: Subject + Causative verb + object + verb (past participle)
          1. it is often used for when you ask some who is dedicated to that thing (a barber, painter, etc), but it also can be used with other people, or even objects
