My Opinion
1. It is a great idea because it not only helps out the residents that live in SA but it also helps the environment because it does use coal or anything like the, it uses nature resources
What Part of this is science?
1. Working out how to get the energy to come form the sun into the battery and hold the energy to be used later on
2. What devices and materials are in the battery to make it as user friendly and as environmentally friendly it can be.
3. Working out how much energy is needed to power your house or building
The Deal that was set
1. Built in 100 days or it will be free for everyone
2. Making the biggest battery facility in the world
How does SA get its power now? Why is that not good enough?
1. SA gets there power through a combination between coal energy and renewable energy.
2. The reason the energy is not very good is because of where it get supplied from. SA gets their power form the east side of Australia which has to travel long distances menaing it loses lots of energy travelling causing SA to have power cuts alot
Will doing this be a positive or a negative for SA?
1. Positive because it is better for the environment and the people of SA
