Control of Software
1. Network Manager has responsibility for software installed

2. Control Of Files
  1. Users can normally only access their own files
  2. Allow users to share files
  3. May be restricted in activities

  1. Allocating maximum disc space allowance
  2. Specify use of software
  3. Restrict access times
  4. Assign access levels and access to folders/ drives
