                1. This part of the model talks about all the things that may affect the teacher teaching but he can not control. Institutional rules, the culture, the religion, etc.

                  1. This part of the model talks about the own values and beliefs of the teacher: This helps teachers to take important decisions according to their values and beliefs.
                3. Is really important to be aware of the things we do in the class room or in the training room because in that way, if we are doing something good, we can keep doing it consciously and take advantafge of it, and if we are doing something wrong, we can improve our techniques and our teaching
