  1. Natural Selction
    1. Natural selection is the gradual change by which biological traits become either more or less common in a population.
    2. Flowering/Climate
      1. The flowering time of plants changes due to the climate changes.
      2. Phenotype
        1. A phenotype is the composite of an organism's observable characteristics or traits.
        2. Genotype
          1. The genotype is the genetic makeup of a cell, an organism, or an individual usually with reference to a specific characteristic under consideration.
          2. Sickle-cell Anemia
            1. A disease passed down through families. The red blood cells which are normally shaped like a disc take on a sickle or crescent shape.
            2. Antibiotic Resistance
              1. The ability of bacteria and other microorganisms to resist the effects of an antibiotic to which they were once sensitive. Antibiotic resistance is a major concern of overuse of antibiotics.
