- Monitor vital signs, monitor for
hypertensive crisis, monitor for chest pain
due to increased risk of stroke / MI,
provide calm environment, educate
patient to eat high calorie diet, avoid
energy drinks. Sit the patient up to reduce
dyspnoea.
- Usually caused by a benign tumour
