        t(11;14) in mantle cell lymphoma (cyclin D1 gene)
    5. Staging
      1. Blood tests
      2. Bilateral bone biopsy & aspirate
      3. Lactic dehydrogenase, beta-2 microglobulin levels
      4. Chest x-ray, CT scan
      5. PET
      6. Lumbar puncture in case of : AIDS NHL
    6. Management
