Pros of using agency and consultant:
The organisation can concentrate on running the business and not looking for new employees.
Organisation does'nt have to employ a recruitment team
The agency/consultant will have loads of access to different people and screen out those unsuitable
They will not tell competitor organisation that you're recruiting, but your own advertisements will
They can offer specialist support or people for the area needing recruitment
Can offer advice about what is happening in employment area
Cons of using agency and consultant
The organisation must pay the agent and the new employee adding to the cost
The agency/consultant may not find the right job as the agent does'nt work within the organisation
They may not care as much about employing the right person for the job as someone working for the organisation
