Power Distance
The power distance indicates the manner in which a
society handles with the inequality distribution of
power among other members of the society. It
indicates the extent to which less powerful members
of unequal power distribution accept and expect
Collectivism and Individualism
This culture dimension describes the extent to which
individuals are integrated in groups. Which means if an
individual has a self-consciousness or group
consciousness
Uncertainty Avoidance
The uncertainty avoidance
indicates whether the members
of a culture feel threatened by
uncertain or unknown situations
Masculinity and Femininity
This culture dimension says something about the
roles between the sexes and which values the
culture is oriented. In masculine cultures the
gender roles are clearly separated. In feminine
cultures, there is an overlap of the rolls.
