        1. The uncertainty avoidance indicates whether the members of a culture feel threatened by uncertain or unknown situations
        2. Masculinity and Femininity
          1. This culture dimension says something about the roles between the sexes and which values the culture is oriented. In masculine cultures the gender roles are clearly separated. In feminine cultures, there is an overlap of the rolls.
