              1. When its hot, we sweat

                1. When its cold, the erect gland contracts causing:
                  1. hairs to stand
                    1. goosebumps to form
                  2. Capillaries
                    1. Vasodilation
                      1. blood vessles get wider when hot
                        1. Evaperation from skin
                      2. Vasoconstriction
                        1. blood vesseles get thinner when cold
                          1. heat rises causing a thin layer of warm air above the skin
                      3. Hypeothaiamus
                        1. negative feedback acts to appose a change
                          1. normal - tempature increase or decrease detected - correct action - normal again
