   2. LAN advantages: ostly resources such as printers can be shared by all of the computers, Software can be shared, and upgrading is easier too.

   1. WAN disadvantages: Low bandwidth, easy to lose connection, Costs for equipment and technology is very expensive for WAN.

   1. LAN- a network contained in a single geographical location or oganisation
4. WAN
   1. WAN- a network that spans a large geographical area, or multiple organisations, often consists of multiple LAN's networked together.
5. IP address
   1. A unique value assignment to energy computer on a network, used to identify it.
6. Network- a group of computers connected to each other for easier communication
7. Mesh Topology
   1. The internet is just a giant mesh of computers which is a route-finding algorithm which is used to find the lowest cost between two nodes
8. Mesh disadvantages: While a mesh network like the Internet is very reliable, it has a big downside when compared to other topologies like a star.
   1. Mesh advantages: Rather than using a star, bus or ring topology, each node is connected to one or more other nodes in an ad-hoc manner.
