    1. Competence: The quality of being competent; adequacy; possession of required skill or knowledge.
      1. Minimal: A minimum amount of something; very little.
        1. Language: A system of relatively arbitrary terms and grammatical signals that change across time and that members of a community use and sharefor several purposes: to communicate their ideas, emotions and intentions and to transmit their culture from generation to generation.
