  1. A problem with a lot of messages is that kids get misinformed of what they can become!
    1. Another problem is that they form judgements of other children
      1. To help combat these messages, make sure to talk to parents about what you see on TV, the internet and especially commercials
        1. One thing you can do is look at pictures on magazines and talk to your parents about the reality of looking like that.
          1. Find role models that are positive (Maybe people you actually know!)
            1. Talk to your parents about common assumptions of girls and boys.
