                  1. LIDL as a business needs supply from a cohort of suppliers that they are loyal to ,Thus LIDL has their own suppliers which supply raw materials such as tomatoes, potatoes ETC.

                  2. LIDL has his own price strategy which help them to attract as many customers as possible, they have competitors such as ALDI which they have to compete with, so they use their USP which is aim to a large amount of household with limited amount of budget.

                  3. LIDL use news papers ,article and advertisement to promote or inform of a new product which they are to sell in their stores, so this is particularly important to LIDL also to attract customers ETC.

                  4. LIDL shareholders give their opinion on the business, make decision at a certain level ,they participate by purchasing shares within LIDL

                  7. LIDL does recycling ,they use high economic light bulbs according to 2013 BBC news article, they avoid wastage of electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE)
                    1. LIDL offer healthy life choices to its customer because it help to save the environment.
                  8. LIDL has to pay taxes every year as the law of regulations says ,they have to pay their employees the right wages according to employees act 2015.
                    1. IN BBC NEWS article states that LIDL did not pay enough their employees for their hard labour which will be change because they have decided to increase their employees' wages.
