  1. Non-associative Learning
    1. Learning about a stimulus, such as a sight, smell, or sound, in the external world.
      1. Habituation
        1. When our behavioral response to a stimulus decreases due to over exporsure when the stimulus is neither harmful nor rewarding.
        2. Sensitization
          1. When our behavioral repsonse to a stimulus increases due to it being harmful or rewarding
      2. Associative Learning
        1. Learning the relationship between two pieces of information
          1. Classical Conditioning
            1. When we learn that stimulus predicts another stimulus
            2. Operant Conditioning
              1. When we learn that a behavior leads to a certain outcome, could be a reward or punishment
          2. Watching Others
            1. Both Humans and animals can learn by watching others, such as learning to ride a bike or play an instrument.
              1. Observational Learning
                1. When we learn or change a behavior after watching a person engage in that same behavior
                2. Modeling
                  1. Dsiplaying a behavior that imitates a previously observed behavior
                  2. Vicarious Conditioning
                    1. Learning to engage in a behavior or not, after watching others being rewarded or punished for performing that behavior.

                  1. I learn by both the Associative Learning and Wathing Others
