  1. ROTATION
    1. The distance from the center to any point on the shape that stays the same.
      1. Every point makes a circle around the center.
        1. Figures can be turned in different directions.
    2. REFLECTION
      1. Every point is the same distance from the central line.
        1. The central line is called the mirror line.
          1. The reflected image is always the same size, it just faces the other way.
          2. A reflection is a flip over a line.
            1. Each corner can be labeled with letters, and a prime to mark each corner of the reflected image.
          3. TRANSLATION
            1. Moving: Without rotating, resizing, or anything else, JUST MOVING
              1. Every point of the shape must move in the same distance and direction.
                1. Translations can be done either by angles-and-distance or, by x-and-y
