Traction alopecia, Friction alopecia
Trichotillomania, stress-induced

Autoimmune markers, TFT
Woods lamp: Fluorescence with Microsporum species (None if Trichophytons spp)
Tx
Systemic antifungal: Griseofulvin, Terbinafine, Itraconazole (bulb of hair shaft cannot be effectively tx topically)
