Chris taught me his belief that doing good towards others will lead
to nothing but positives where as being negative towards others
will lead to nothing in return. Chris' compassion to wards me as
well as towards others has inspired me to adopt this trait.
Dilligence
Chris’ work ethic was one to be envied. Watching him invest himself and his time so heavily into his business
venture and seeing how prepared he was going into meetings made me want to raise my standard to emulate
him. Another thing you could see was that he was passionate about his project and this translated into the
amount of time he put into the project.

Insightfulness
I only met Ross once but in those two hours of my life I learned more about myself and the world around me
than I ever have in my life. It was shocking to see someone only a couple years older than me who seemed
to have such a firm grasp on everything. Ross helped me look at my business (my clothing company) and try
to help me identify what my point of difference was and gave me advice on how he made his company
successful. Everything he told me that day I still live by and those two hours were some of the most important
in my life.

Responsibility
Working for James was the first time I ever had a stable Graphic Designing job and was my first endeavor
into working online. With relatively little experience James decided to hire me to help design everything for his
new startup company. Working for James taught me responsibility as I would have to work under strict
deadlines and the pressure of making the company presentable. This job also opened up many other
opportunities for me afterwards.

Tolerance
My father has always been very tolerant with me and this is a quality that I feel is very important as it helps
you deal with all sorts of people. My dad always stressed the fact that being tolerant will help you interact
better with everyone.
Humility
Humility is another quality that my father really valued. There was not many situations where he would
necessarily express it but he always told me to be humble and to go into any situation with humility as it was
the key to making the most out of any situation and to avoid overconfidence.

Honesty
My brother is the one person who I can always trust for his honest opinion on just about anything. He’s really
not the type of person you’d associate with “sugar coating” things, he generally always speaks what’s on his
mind in any situation. In this way honesty is a quality that my brother has really taught me the importance of
because of how much I’ve benefited from him because of his possession of this value.

Ambition
Despite the fact that Emil is a year younger than me he has accomplished a lot. He’s represented Canada for
skiing and is overall a really great guy. He’s someone who always strives to be better and is someone I very
much model myself after in that respect because at the end of the day you are in control of your own
success. He’s someone who dreams big and that’s something that I do now as well
Selflessness
Emil is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met in my life. At a glance he might not seem it but he genuinely
cares about every single person and always tries to help out in anyway he can. He acts as a mentor to those
who look up to him as an idol for skiing and I try to emulate this in any way I can especially through my
clothing company.
