How do I pop my hips off object easier
1. practice with push ups and pull ups
When is a good time to use the vault
1. when you come to a object higher than you can jump with one of your feet
2. from various bar spins and other bar moves
3. or from a spin on the ground
why not use a gate vault
1. on a fence because the prongs can scratch you
what kind of surfaces is it easiest to do this on
1. slick,slim bars are the easiest but you can probably do this on any horizontal bar
what are some uses for it
1. to go over a bar,to get on a bar,and to set up for a flip
what are some things this can set up for
1. flips and rail pres
how hard is this to learn
1. harder than a normal vault easier than a flip
can you do this when you're tired
1. no it takes to much energy to get on the bar
how much space do you need to preform this move
1. enough to form a push up position in the air
how wide do my arms need to be
1. wide enough to comfertably fit your legs inbetween your arms
