Multiplying Decimals By Powers Of Ten
If you are multiplying by a power of ten greater than 1 (10, 100, 1000 etc.)
Count the number of zeros.
Move the decimal place to the right of that same number as how many zeros you have.
If you are multiplying by a power of ten less than 1 (.1, .01 etc) then its going to be opposite.
Count the number of digits fter the decimal in your power of ten.
Move the decimal place to the left of that same number.
