Science Revision

1. Particles

   • Particles make up different things depending on how closely packed they are.
     • Solid - very closely packed in rows.
     • Liquid - close together but with no arrangement.
     • Gas - not at all close and moving fast

2. Cells

   • All living things are made from cells
   • Diagram
     • Cytoplasm - where chemical reactions happen.
     • Membrane - lets substances in and out of cell
     • Nucleus - contains genes and controls cell
   • Some cells are specialised cells. This means that they have adapted to do a certain job.
     • Nerve cell (neurone)
     • Red Blood cell
     • Sperm cell
     • Egg cell (ovum)
     • Ciliated Epithelial cell
     • Rot Hair cell
