                          1. The Ones I Know Are....
                            1. Obstruction
                              1. Players must be 3ft apart from the player with the ball when defending or intercepting
                                1. If you wish to jump when intercepting a pass, you must not just in front of the 3ft distance or it's called obstruction.
                                2. You will be penalised if your arm is constantly in front of the player your marking
                                3. Footwork
                                  1. When receiving the ball... the foot you land with must not move or that is footwork.
                                    1. You must only pivot on the foot that you landed on
                                    2. Over a Third
                                      1. The ball gets past beyond on Third of the court without being touched
                                      2. Contact
                                        1. Physical contact with opposing player - which restricts the players ability to move freely
                                          1. Pushing, knocking over, hitting (types)
                                          2. Repossession
                                            1. A player is not allowed to reply the ball
                                              1. If the player loses control of the ball, they cannot pick it up before it has touched another player
                                                1. Players cannot throw the ball in the air and catch it before it has touched another player
                                                  1. Also rebound from a shot on goal without it having touched the post or another placer is repossession
                                                  2. Short Pass
                                                    1. When a player passes the ball it must be a sufficient space apart from the other player in the team
                                                      1. There must be enough space of an opposing player on the court to be able to intercept the ball whilst it's moving from player to player
                                                      2. Held Ball
                                                        1. If the ball is held over 3 seconds then it is called held ball.
