Changes to original planning ideas for my music magazine

I have changed the music genre my magazine will focus on, so it will still feature alternative music but no pop music. It will focus more on unplugged acoustic music and artists such as Ben Howard
I have also changed the name of the magazine to 'acoustic' as it links to the acoustic guitar the girl will be holding in the key image on the front cover. This name also suits the new music genre of the magazine as I will be featuring acoustic musicians that play live stripped back music.
I have also decided to make the contents page a double page so that I can include more images and more detail to show off my technical ability.
Also the colour scheme I have planned to use features quite feminine, pastel colours. Therefore the target audience may now gravitate more towards women however I think the magazine will still appeal to men aswell who have a keen interest in unplugged music.
