What are the differences?
Pakistani and Bangladeshi children are above black achievement, respectively
Chinese children do the best of all ethnic groups, followed by Indian chidlren (Inc. White)
White children are close to national average, but this may be due to population size
Girls do better than boys in white and black groups, inverse is true in Asian Population
Working class black girls do better than W/C white girls.
Black children perform the worst
