62. People are Motivated by Autonomy

We all use a self-service website, but how many times a day or week do you use it? Example online banking. How many products do you use to not go through someone else?  People like to be independent yet why do we hear folks say "what happened to the good old days when you could talk to an actual person?"We like to do things on our own with very little help from someone else. if any.  People like autonomy because it makes them feel like they are in control.
